And the cocktail he’s back with, from the very first sip, is exactly what you were hoping for. Better, even. “Welcome to Central Station,” he says with a smile.

Where the magic happens

Along with an atmosphere and architecture that dip into the industrial and the concept of railways, train stations, and aimless travel in mind, we’ve united a color palette of rustic reds, beiges, and browns, with bursts of wild greenery interrupting the otherwise intimate ambiance. Tall, grand windows that echo those of a train’s line the bar’s perimeters, enveloping you into the secret of Central Station, driving home the idea of a suspended-in-time feel.

Beneath our tiled floors, lies the genesis of all cocktails that make Central Station what it is today. Our lab is home to row upon row of flavors and ingredients collected from around the world, a playground for our lab masters to experiment with and harness. With music to get the flow going, these meticulous wizards create our in-house spirits and syrups—along with the garnishes sustainably made from rinds and the fruits themselves—walking the fine line between technical and magic.
